Nose pads should lean toward Your face, and be placed on the tip of Your nose.
You might want to take your glasses off and attach SpecsUp, or You can just move eyeglasses away from the eyes for about 2 inches and attach it with the clip.
After a couple of times using SpecsUp, it will become very easy.
Depending on Your needs, You can move your glasses up or down, using the clip.
In the mirror, You should see Your eyelids through the glasses.
